Separate waste collection: rules and obligations
The tenant must comply with national, municipal and condominium rules regarding waste disposal and separate collection.
The housing unit and common areas must be kept free of waste: waste must not be stored inside the home, but disposed of properly according to current rules. For further information or clarifications, you may contact the building manager.
Compliance with separate waste collection is mandatory. In case of repeated violations, the owner reserves the right to terminate the contract and to claim compensation for any damages.
