Rent
The rent amount must be credited, without exceptions, by and no later than the date stated in the lease agreement.
In the event of a temporary inability to meet this deadline, the tenant must promptly inform the landlord by e-mail, reporting the delay and indicating the new expected date for payment.
If the landlord receives no notice within 48 hours after the due date, they will send a payment reminder. If no further reply is received, the landlord will place the tenant in default, with the consequences provided by law.
