Security deposit: Return method
The security deposit will be returned at the end of the contract, after verifying the condition of the property and the fulfillment of all contractual obligations.
The return is subject to checking the utilities and appliances, which must be fully working, and to inspecting the rooms and common areas, which must be free of personal belongings.
The handover and return of the property will take place only in the presence of the parties who signed the contract or their delegates.
