Delivery of the lease and general provisions
At the time of delivery of the rental, the tenant must show proof of payment of the deposit and the first month's rent.
The contract signing and key collection must be carried out exclusively at the property.
During the delivery phase, the tenant will be given a complete set of keys for access to the building and the rented unit, after signing the delivery report.
The tenant is required to keep the keys with care and diligence.
Within 72 hours of check-in, it is possible to report any damages or malfunctions of the property or appliances.
Damages correctly reported within the indicated period will not be charged.
Booking procedures for appointments
To arrange an appointment, it is necessary to send the request at least one week in advance via email and/or WhatsApp.
Time slots for key delivery
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm
- Saturday: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
Deliveries outside the indicated hours, on holidays or on Sundays will be arranged according to the landlord's availability.
