Delivery of the leased premises and general provisions
- Handover of the property
At the time of the handover of the property, the tenant must show a copy of the payment of the deposit and the first monthly rent.
The signing of the contract and the collection of the keys must be carried out exclusively at the property subject to the lease.
During the handover, the tenant will be provided with a complete set of keys for access to the building and the leased unit, upon signing the handover report.
The tenant is required to keep the keys with care and diligence.
Within 72 hours of check-in it is possible to report any damage or malfunctions of the property or appliances.
Any damage correctly reported within the indicated time limit will not be charged.
- How to book appointments
To arrange an appointment, you must send the request at least one week in advance by e-mail and/or WhatsApp.
- Time slots for key handover
Monday to Friday: 9:30 – 12:30 and 14:30 – 18:30
Saturday: 9:30 – 12:30
Handovers outside the indicated hours, on public holidays or on Sundays, may be arranged exclusively subject to the landlord’s availability.
