Regular Property Inspections
The owner, through its maintenance staff or appointees, arranges periodic visits inside the leased property.
The purpose of these visits is to check the proper operation of the services and, if necessary, to show the room and the property to potential future tenants.
By signing the lease agreement, the tenant expressly authorizes the owner to arrange and carry out such visits, even in their absence.
