The property unit and the room are delivered fully furnished and equipped, fully functional and in good maintenance condition, including appliances and cooking utensils (pots, glasses, cutlery, etc.).
Personal items, such as sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels, are not included and therefore excluded.
Any damage caused during the rental period must be repaired or fixed before returning the room.
In the event that, during check-out and return of the room, damages are found, the property or its representative will, at its sole discretion, arrange for repairs using its own suppliers. The related costs will be fully charged to the tenant or tenants.
