What to do in case of lost keys
In case of loss of the set of entrance keys to the building or the apartment, the tenant must immediately inform the manager.
The property reserves the right to replace the unit’s lock to ensure the safety of the other tenants. All costs related to the replacement will be borne by the tenant, without prejudice to any further damages.
In case of loss of the room key, the tenant will be required to provide photographs of the door profile and the lock, in order to correctly identify the type of key to be replaced.
Keys must be handed over exclusively to the property or to a person appointed by it. If the tenant gives the keys to third parties or leaves them unattended in the room or in the apartment without authorization, they nevertheless remain responsible for the safekeeping of the property.
