The landlord is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings inside the rooms or the apartment’s common areas.
Guests are required to use with care the spaces, furnishings and systems provided. Any damage caused by improper use or negligent behavior will be charged to the responsible guest.
It is strictly forbidden to put up posters, pictures, stickers, nails or other materials that may damage or ruin the walls, as well as to paint or modify the rooms in any way without the landlord’s prior authorization.
The landlord is not liable for any temporary interruptions or malfunctions of services (electricity, water, gas, internet connection, heating or other services) due to technical causes, maintenance work or circumstances beyond their control.
