Check-out procedure and security deposit refund
Room check-out must be completed by 6:00 p.m. on the last day of the contract’s validity.
The keys will be returned directly at the apartment, at the same time as signing the handover report.
At the time the contract is closed, the amount of € 200.00 (two hundred/00) will be withheld from the security deposit to cover the following costs:
- administrative expenses;
- cleaning and sanitizing of the property;
- inspection and cleaning of the air-conditioner filters;
- dedicated phone support and assistance for the tenant during the rental period;
- support for the administrative formalities related to managing and registering the contract.
If, during check-out, any damage to items or parts of the room (e.g., walls, fixtures, furniture, etc.) is found, its extent will be verified immediately. Afterwards, together with our technicians, any additional charges will be assessed.
It is also possible to agree to return the room on a date earlier than the last day of the contract’s validity, subject to the owner’s consent.
