Rental fee
The rent amount must be credited without exception by the date indicated in the lease agreement. In case of temporary inability to meet this deadline, the tenant is required to promptly send an email to the landlord, informing them of the delay and communicating the new payment date. If the landlord does not receive any communication within 48 hours of the due date, a payment reminder will be sent. If the lack of information persists, the landlord will proceed to formally place the tenant in default, with the related consequences.
